As for SBC, they've never been my idea of a smart company (though most of the consumer customers I know are thrilled with the Yahoo content, since it takes them a step closer to the end-user "perfect experience" that is AOL). As for Microsoft, you apparently believe the customer is the technology buyer, not the line of business management who can remove confusing competition and complex technology and replace it with the "safe" gospel.
