These fees are going to be as hard as hell to explain to irate clients.

Yes it is the client's fault for allowing the domain to expire.  But I would
prefer to just tell them they lost the domain than explain that they are
being charged $200 plus the renewal fee to recover the domain.

Not knocking OpenSRS, I think this is another Verisign rip off.
