I've heard some stories that I asked him about regarding a country code registry he was involved in that turned sour and I was given an adequate answer to that. There was one other bad-apple situation he was involved in, which I have absolutely no first hand information on because I've only heard about it after William disappeared in spring 2002. I can't say much about it, but combining it with Ryan's account(I've also known Ryan for the past five years, and Ryan was also in direct contact with William for longer than I) leaves a bad taste in my taste.
Granted, it must be said that there are periphery issues at hand here which I really don't want to get into on a public list. These were simply cases of not being able to complete work due to William's current situation, health-wise I've heard. That is perfectly acceptable and I'm sure Ryan would completely understand the situation if William had simply explained the deal to Ryan. >From what we know, William has been back online for a few weeks at least and has even been in contact with associates of ours but William is still silent on Ryan's issue to my knowledge. Now, for the price Ryan paid you'd expect to have an explanation of what is happening. It just seems to me William hasn't been acting even adequately throughout the past year. William even maintains silence to myself and, as far as I know, we have no qualms.
