Here is a suggestion.

Discontinue the generic support addresses and make aliases for each
reseller, something like [EMAIL PROTECTED] (or something that cannot
be easily guessed) that dumps the mail into the support queue.  This will
give you instant identification of who the reseller is and if a
reseller values quick support respones, they won't give out their private
address.
