1) How reliable has it been?
I haven't experienced any downtime or received any complaints (some of my users will holler if they can't pop their mail every 2 minutes.)
2) Have there been any problems in being blacklisted by any of the spam cops, and thus losing mail?
Not that I know of.
3) Is there SMTP access for SENDING email?
Yes.
If so, does it allow access on ports other than port 25?
Don't know.
4) Any other comments?
Give it a serious evaluation -- I think you'll find it's a good addition to your product line.

Hello,
After waiting for the product to be around for a while, I'm considering
utilizing this product. Can any resellers comment on the quality of the
service?
In particular:
1) How reliable has it been?
2) Have there been any problems in being blacklisted by any of the spam
cops, and thus losing mail?
3) Is there SMTP access for SENDING email? Or must one use one's ISP or
another service to send mail? If so, does it allow access on ports
other than port 25? (as some ISPs, including my own, block port 25, and
one has to use SSH to route around that, or use a server with access on
another port)
4) Any other comments?
Sincerely,
