Hi Jake,

Some key points to make are:

- Learning Center: We strive to provide as much information as possible
to get developers up to speed with jQuery. I think we've done a great
job of providing some invaluable resources for becoming proficient in
the library:

- Support: The community is amazing at responding to questions and
issues. Couple that with the fact that the project team is reachable at
almost all times of the day and it makes for a very solid project
infrastructure. Support is offered via the jQuery mailing list or IRC:

List:

IRC:

Server: irc.freenode.net
Room: #jquery

- Turnaround time for fixes: I've been measuring the turnaround time for
emergency fixes and it seems to sit at around 4-8 hours max.

- Documentation: The project has 1 main official source of documentation
and 2 other enhanced and interactive sites dedicated to allowing easy
access to the jQuery API documentation:

http://docs.jquery.com/Main_Page
http://www.visualjquery.com
http://jquery.bassistance.de/api-browser/

- jQuery Successes: The proof is the pudding and an ever-growing list of
sites that are using jQuery including MSNBC, Intel, & Intuit.

- Working with Other Libs: We make every effort to play nice with other
libraries and we've outlined methods to ensure that you're successful,
whether migrating completely to jQuery or enhancing your site by adding
jQuery to your toolset:
