Hi Dmitry, Agree with you on that. If an outsider just refers to this article and takes it to be the only way to do UX, then definitely that is wrong.
I guess, everyone should refer to the UE elements and then specify how it fits within theit work environment and why in that based on the orgnization politics, structure etc...etc...
