Dmitry,

Thanks for taking this on. I admit my choice of words may not have
been open enough to elicit applying to a personal situation. But look
what it sparked? A discussion about the scope of our responsibilities
as a UX designer. I don't think that's "dangerous" or "wrong"
or even intentionally "definitive". Take from it what you can get.

And I do feel this is a "division of responsibilities that made
sense in his (my) mind and environment". For me, however, they're
all my responsibilities. But I need this structure to keep me
focused. It had nothing to do with team structure, but rather with
the scope and type of work performed by each competency.

How would yours look? How would you replace the word "competency"?
Do you need a structure?
