On the one hand, I would want to say that the concept isn't at all about the mouse - it's about the browser. The mouse is just there to look futuristic - so although discussions about input devices are interesting, they're not at all related to the main idea of this video. On the other hand, since there are so many people complaining about the mouse, maybe it was asking for trouble to use it (or show it) in the video. On the third hand, I had to watch the video the second time to even notice the mouse - it was clearly out of the main focus.
