I am certainly not trying to make a case that it is a good idea to force someone to scroll to the bottom to accept the T&C. I fully agree there are better ways to handle this. And I also like the Apple way of doing it.
However, the company is mandating that %u201Cthe user must reach the end of the T&C before they can accept them%u201D. They fully understand that this does not mean that just because a person has gotten to the end of the T&Cs that they have read any of it.
