Every time I chat with my classical architecture friends, they remind me that, even after "hundreds (thousands?) of years," and software products that are pretty mature, they still start with pencil and paper. And this is part of how strategy unfolds. With IxD, at least for me, takes a while but I help my internal and external clients appreciate the value of this . . . makes for great collaboration and a win-win.
