I recently took Susan's HFI PET design course (design for persuation, emotion and trust) course and really like it. It was a 3-day couse and she covered a lot in it.

It was a good read and covered 9 different persuasion techniques. My only complaint is that I wish it covered even more. To the points made by others, I agree, and think that in addition to having it all "packaged up" another benefit is that it gives us the vocabulary to start the discussion with regarding persuasion techniques. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
