The point is, we need to write and design things that will keep that
in mind!
We need to appropriate and be ready for human error.
In our designs we need to attempt to encompass multiple ways of
information finding; just like an instructor would teach to a class in
multiple different ways to catch the visual learners and the
kinesthetic learners.

But my point isn't so much about @live but about a thread awhile
back which tried to differentiate an anecdote from conclusive data.
But the point that is relevant here is that I oft find people
constantly jumping to really harsh criticism to the point of accusing
design heresy (by saying they won't attend in this case), when duh!
this was just your fault!
There is still human error in the world and avoiding all of it is an
impossibility. Hell, I do it all the time myself.
