Be aware that block based protocols, like iSCSI, FCoE, etc., will eat all
available bandwidth because they perform completely differently. Typically
when
building a SAN, be it iSCSI or traditional, it should be on it's own segregated
network. NFS is designed to comingle with other standard IP traffic.
