Yeah...certifications alone aren't enough....because this other department 
(that we have to work with) hired a certified Solaris System administrator.  A 
few months later he said he wanted a Solaris system of his own to working on.  
Well, he had a Sun Ultra 20 on his desk.  Sure all the systems were scrubbed 
when previous user was terminated...so we weren't sure why he was making the 
request, but we burned a DVD for him and gave it to him....

Later he finally came back saying he didn't know how to install Solaris.

Later we learned that he used to work for Sun, but as first line support....
