I strongly urge people to ignore this suggestion.

We already have more LOPSA lists than most people can keep track of; a
perfect example is lopsa-tech v. lopsa-discuss. Does anyone really know
the difference? Does anyone actually pay attention to the difference
when posting? A quick review of the last year's worth of mail to the
list leads me to believe the answer to both these questions is a very
strong "no."

I think reducing the number of LOPSA lists, not adding more lists, would
better serve the membership. A mere moment's thought when constructing a
Subject: line will let folks filter appropriately.
