Originally, I was only subscribed to the tech list -- because I was only looking for an SA technical discussion list. Until I think somebody responded to a question I had, that it had already been discussed on the discuss list.
I didn't notice that this disucssion was on both lists, until it was mentioned....guess there's a good thing about Zimbra. Though I've always seen it as a downside... I know the distinction between the two was explained to me when I volunteered to help moderate, but to give more leeway on what can get through to the discuss list than the tech list (from non-subscribers.) Side note....the discuss list gets a lot of spam to it every day.
