Some might say that "beat them down before they finish the project" isn't the best way to encourage them to finish the project. I'd be one of that "some" myself. I know 32 bit Home has a minimum of 1GB, whereas 64 bit Home has a minimum of 2GB, but I don't know of any versions sold on non-netbooks that have a max of 2GB. You're referring to 32-bit Starter, I'm guessing?
