Based on Sam's & Chris/Jamie feedback - perhaps we should have:

Monday: learn - tutorials
Tuesday: get things done - DDF day 1
Wednesday: summit day 1
Thursday: summit day 2
Friday morning: tie up loose ends - DDF day 2, any meetings or special
discussion sessions (may be TSC or board)
