Hi Abhijit, ODL TSC, and other community members: I've been following this thread and fully appreciate the issues my email has caused. I'be been working to provide better alternatives for the ODL community event and I will be on the TSC call to both let everyone know what I've been able to work out along with some more context for my original mail.
