Hi folks, Please note that there is a wiki online for the Fluorine DDF talks proposals:
https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Events:Fluorine_Dev_Forum A few of you have already proposed some talks there - just bringing it to the attention of other folks. As noted by Daniel below - as well as in my TSC meeting minutes, the DDF will be on the Sunday March 25 - with a room reserved for 30 people. - Abhijit ---------- Forwarded message ---------- From: Daniel Farrell <[email protected]> Date: Thu, Jan 25, 2018 at 1:15 PM Subject: Re: [OpenDaylight TSC] [OpenDaylight Discuss] Clarifying the plan for developer gathering at ONS To: Abhijit Kumbhare <[email protected]> Cc: Phil Robb <[email protected]>, tsc <[email protected]>, "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Thanks for joining the TSC call today and providing a good, clear solution. In summary, the DDF will be held Sunday before ONS. We have a room for 30 people reserved. The XCI event will also happen that day, with a different room for 15 people. The cross-community developer event will happen Monday/Tuesday as previously described. If DDF talks need to continue during those days we will have space, but we should also plan to participate in cross-community talks. Contributors will get a 50% discount to ONS (so ~$600 for the early bird rate), which will cover everything through Thursday. Phil strongly encourages us not to only attend Sunday but to stick around for the rest of the event, to better participate in the broader LFN community. If the price is still an issue, reach out to him directly. Phil will follow up with a link to register at the discounted price and to the new LFN wiki where we can propose Monday/Tuesday talks. I created a wiki for our DDF talks. Please start proposing them. https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/Events:Fluorine_Dev_Forum Thanks again for helping us find a solution Phil and events staff.
