I would also like to know what they would be using the space for and also how
many people would be coming in and out? Would we then be installing some
proper doors between these rooms? And are there any issues with insurance
related to having subletters?

I'm all for it. If we can get decent rent from them, then we can use that money
to renovate the space further (perhaps it would have to be used to renovate the
space that they would be renting -- perhaps we would have to renovate that
space first before renting, but this discussion is premature) or for other

This is a small group that recently merged with AssentWorks, and they
are looking for space. We could rent the two back rooms to them and
help decrease our operating cost (which is slated to go up, btw). We
have a lot of space - it's just an idea.
Let's hear comments for/against!
