Some clarification:

- What we would do is change the floor space allocation: since Ramp Up is
part of AW, we'd just change the share of floor space in our monthly lease
payments. We wouldn't need any sort of contract with Ramp Up.
- We can offer them one or both rooms. With the backmost room as the
starting choice. That way they could build a door into AW and wall off the
door from SkSp - so it's up to us to decide if we want to give up one or
two of those rooms to AW.
- AW would be responsible for power/etc. in the room since it's now theirs.

Knowing this makes it a little bit easier to talk about when you just look
at it as giving AW more space.
