Just to point out to folks: I know the idea has been thrown around for a few weeks already.
There are no (more) sublet issues than we already have with the landlord. We have no sublet agreements between the two entities on the lease (SkSp and AW), nor does the landlord need to give us permission. RampUp is legally a part of AssentWorks who is already on the lease. This would simply be a reallocation of space, temporarily or permanently depending on what could or would make sense to SkSp. There is a requirement for some additional clean working / office areas, etc. that RUM would like to have, but so far other locations have been looked at. If this was beneficial to SkSp for whatever reason, Chris Johnson is the contact point for RampUp/AW.
