Can you tell us what they'd use the space for? They'd have full access to SkSp given the current layout - we obviously wouldn't want to put in work to change it - however, there is the possibility that they could build a door to the AW side since it borders it...? I think that would make the most sense. Given the situation with electrical/construction, I'm not sure what we could provide in quick order... obviously plugs a little down the road though.
