When I said backmost room, I meant the current "arcade room." I'm talking about the two rooms immediately off the lounge.
If we consider that back "new workshop" room with the window, then we have to worry about Ramp Up going through our space, access, as well as physical separation from AW which I don't think Ramp Up would prefer.
