Dan, The patience comment was more aimed at people who are conflicted with what SkullSpace is about or what it is becoming. I think our core beliefs will follow us to our new place, but our organisation is definitely poised for change.
I've experienced the kind of "drop-in" office setting NMM is hoping to create - I've used them in NYC. This is a service that will be appreciated by the people who need that kind of environment, but I think in the long-term that the membership to something like this will be more occasional than anything. Did you know there's also drop-in office space at Portage & Main? I don't know the company name, but for a cheap price you get a small room with a secretary-manned phone and front desk. NMM is joining the ranks of the drop-in office world and that's great, but it's not what SkullSpace is about at all. I think this is just one of the clear differences between an org like NMM and SkSp. ~Justin On 2 November 2012 13:38, Dan Bernardić <[email protected]> wrote: > Thanks Justin, > > I don't know whether something I wrote caused you to ask for > patience...perhaps my comment about switching from Skull- to Co-work- space? > > I'm just pointing out that now we are in direct competition with them more > or less with regard to the space aspect if we continue exactly in the same > direction.
