The important thing you should mention to them is that there's a beautiful 2700 sq. ft. space RIGHT beside ours (doors connect!) that is available for rent at $12/sq. ft. annually. In my opinion SkSp should definitely be its own place, but we should look into partnering in other ways with other groups.
