I thought of mentioning it because I am not sure if their location
have been finalized yet and we might be able to help each other out.
Maybe they have a location bigger than they need. Or what Justin just
said about the place beside ours if they have not looked at it yet,
and it's big enough for what they are planning to do.

I can understand the need to have a direct connection to the landlord.
I guess the location is a main point also. People are not too keen on
moving out of the exchange area.
