I realised I know nothing. I thought Linux was a type of cat which roamed in the Interlake region. I could not understand why someone would hide something in a .jpg, I mean, who does this sort of thing?
In all seriousness, the four things I learned about CTF are: 1. If you are a Programmer, or understand programming there is lots to do. If your a network security dude of mediocre skill your contributions can be financial and moral support until you learn something about programming. 2. We have really, really smart people at SKSP. 3. Real programmers run the Cat-Based Operating System described above. 4. See number 2. ________________________________ From: [email protected] [[email protected]] on behalf of Ace Tunes [[email protected]] Sent: April 23, 2013 11:04 To: [email protected] Subject: Re: [SkullSpace-Discuss] Thanks Honestly I am really unclear on what a hackathon is and what skill-set one would need to participate and have fun. Did it start too early? Was there not enough advertising? How would you guys suggest we do better in the future?
