I'll file a bug, but wanted to note I've been experiencing some odd behavior with iPeng 1.1. It sounds a bit like the issue that has been noted with failure to consistently control SN sessions, but in my case I'm running it against SqueezeCenter. Some particulars:
SC v7.3.3 - 25911 (Ubuntu); BoomBox (WiFi) and Controller/Receiver (wired) on the network, synchronized; BoomBox is the point of control for iPeng; Music library is coded as flac; Did an upgrade in place of iPeng to v1.1. When a selection from my music library is playing, often iPeng will lose control. For instance, it will be impossible to pause/stop or change the track selection to another (or select another artist, etc.), while the current track continues to play fine. Interestingly, the Controller has no problem at all with any of this. I've cleared the cache a couple of times, but no effect. In some cases control returned after some minutes, but in others, I've had to resort to the Controller under the baleful gaze of my wife. :) For the most part, earlier versions of iPeng worked fine, so this is giving me a bit of consternation. Anyone else experiencing this? -- Balthazar_B ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Balthazar_B's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=7366 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=62245 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
