I suppose this is obvious to most people, but it is interesting that I can control my bedside BOOM (connected to SN) from the iPeng, even from 100s of miles away. With my iPhone using only the celluar network (no wifi), I can see my BOOM as a player, turn it on, change from headphone to speaker mode, select a favorite to play, etc. For me, this is nice as I can change the alarm time and/or radio station for my wife even though I'm out of town. (Or wake her in the middle of the night with some serious Grateful Dead jams...which she hates).
