Yes, I know. They'll improve a bit but after all the SqueezePlay menus
have less capabilities and rendering performance than iPeng's native
ones.

On sorting: iPeng relies on the server side sorting, too, in 1.1. The
reason is, that the server often has information for sorting that the
client simply doesn't get through the limited interface - for example
artistsort or albumsort tags.
Plus it takes quite a lot of time to sort.
So as long as the server doesn't support a sort order, iPeng will
usually not do that, too. But I'll check whether this applies in this
case, could you file a ticket?
Also, I would like to hear other opinions since I'm a bit reluctant to
add too many options.

Hm, I wonder if this has something to do with the comet communication.
Yet.. Does restarting iPeng help?
Can you see whether WiFi is still on?
Can you still browse your library, that is, open new Albums etc.?
