Like I mentioned earlier, in those cases the developer will form an impression based on the impression of the reporter who formed an impression on the forum posters impression of the problem. It's a fun variation of the Broken Telephone game... What I'm saying is that the "returns" of a bug report diminish very fast as the quality of the report goes down (because of the broken telephone effect).
