In the real world, a large company such as Logitech will never have the connection to the users that Dean and Sean had. Its a concept that simply can't scale. I bet Dean and Sean spent many nights snorting solder flux or brainstorming about product directions, stuff that large companies simply can't do. While I am no expert analyst on Logitech's whole product line, I do own a number of their products from outside the Slim Devices world. None of those other products have anywhere near the exposed software that the SBS/SC has. None has anywhere near the active and vocal user community. I agree that there is an impedance mismatch between the users here and Logitech corporate management. But I don't expect that Logitech will change. -- Pat Farrell http://www.pfarrell.com/ _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
