Very well put, that is -exactly- my experience too.

I find my Synology extremely reliable so my wife, children and guests
can happily choose and play music to their hearts content, and I don't
need to worry.

It is a doddle to set up and run and is minimal maintenance.

Since I installed the 7.5.0 update I have not had to touch the Synology
at all. It has run 24/7, cool, quiet and almost invisible. In that time
I have added about 30 albums and run 10 rescans. We use Napster, BBC
iPlayer and other internet radio without a hitch.

For the casual and non-techie user it is the easiest installation of
SBS to maintain. Normally I would not recommend SqueezeBox stuff
because of SBS and MySB issues, but if they bought a Synology NAS to go
with the player then I would be happy to set it up for them, knowing
that there would be no major issues to deal with.
