No, SB users do not get ad-free Pandora with a free account. Pandora reportedly starting putting ads on their free streams quite some time ago, around the time they introduced the 40 hours/month limit. I forget when, but it was at least a year ago. If you upgrade to Pandora One you won't get ads or monthly limits, but you will only get 128kbps to your SB, as the 192kbps Pandora One streams only go to Pandora's web-based players.
