I never said they should, I said it was possible. Why should anyone who wants an iPhone be forced to use AT&T for the past 2+ years (and I know it's now over)? Companies make premium and exclusive deals for lots of reasons that often have nothing to do with what 'users' see as logical. toby10;607125 Wrote: > IMO the SqueezeBox business model for subscription services is perfect > the way it is. > Want free? I just don't generally pay for things that are free or that I've already paid for. It's been nice to have Pandora ad free for the last year for free. If that's over I'll pay up, if it's not over I'll take it for free. Still no ads on my current Pandora channel for 12+ hours now. toby10;607125 Wrote: > Wild guess is that, in the grand scheme of things, Pandora use via > SqueezeBox is very low on the Pandora radar so they are just now > getting around to making SqueezeBox usage of Pandora equal to the other > Pandora schemes (i.e. free = ads). You're probably right about this. -- kilroy ------------------------------------------------------------------------ kilroy's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=43666 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=85248 _______________________________________________ discuss mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/discuss
