I took a quick look at the Sonos general discussion forum a few minutes ago. Here are some of the subject lines I saw:
Dropout problems Upgrade disaster Playlist troubles High-pitched squeal Android app problem Alarm problem Grrrrrrr Sound familiar? And that was just from a surface skim of one forum section out of 12. The point wasn't to beat-up on Sonus or declare Squeezebox superior. ANY technical product is going to have a certain percentage of their buyers suffer difficulties. The issues I've had with my Squeezeboxes over the years have been minimal compared to some of the other computer hassles I've faced. Unfortunately, technical problems are just part of the landscape in the world of computers. That said, I love the way my Touch allows me to access my music collection.
