hmmmm. possible I'm sure, but you'd want to avoid these. My wife and I had iphone 3 and carried them around for 3 years (I think) and didn't have cases. We dropped them occasionally, but typically just scratched the outside edge or something. Never cracked a screen. And I know several people with iphones and none have cracked a screen yet. Bottom line, keep looking as you don't want one of these.
