I couldn't find Haarlem in the World -> Europe -> Netherlands menu. So I search for "radio 538" and all 8 search results play fine in SqueezePad. Also the four results called "Fresh FM" that I could find via the search.
Did you already think about doing a fresh install of your server (and deleting all preferences that might be saved somewhere on your system).
