What Android version are you running on that device? aLogCat supports Android 1.5+ so shouldn't actually make any problem. SqueezePlayer restarting sounds like a crash. For normal crashes you should get a notification in the top bar to send me a crash report (please provide a message, if you are asked to). If there is no possibility to send a report, then we definitely need aLogCat output, to resolve your issues.
