Maybe not there is itrax that sells these as files or you rip your DVDA's it would be in the same domain as real 24/192 recordings . Can it be 200-500 albums aviable ? The ripping would be a chore for sure . That is a bit of a pity as the main advantage of DVDA and multichannel SACD over CD was discrete multichannel ( not the resolution) ,that's a difference you probably can hear . But there is hope blue ray discs with music they are coming , DVDA aka MLP is resurected as Dolby true HD ( I think Meridan done a deal with Dolby to license as Dolby is very good at such things, and they have expanded the format even more , 8ch of 24/192 is possible ) .
