Yes you need all the formats and all the formats to come. This product has to evolve and you need to commit to evolution or your are just spinning your wheels. The only way to "kill their market" is to limit the unit to 96k:) Look you don't actually have to do anything to support DSD on the player so don't worry it. BTW you can already play Native DSD through it, but I guess you not interested to know how...
