Bear in mind that I don't have a Wandboard up and running at the moment
so I can't answer from actually looking at the running device, but I did
tar a snapshot of the dev directory ('initial_dev.tgz'
(http://www.vacuumtube.org.uk/downloads/initial_dev.tgz)) the day before
yesterday.
I don't think you should be looking in /dev/. I'd be looking under
/sys/bus/spi/devices/.
