The analog hardware parts themselves are not that expensive, so the overhead cost of doing a run costs more than the price of the components, the upshot is that two runs, some without analog hardware, would cost more per board than just one larger run with all the parts. I'm not quite sure about all the other interfaces. If you just want a computer with all those interfaces there are lots imx6 devel boards with tons of interfaces available, you can just buy one of those right now. Or is what you are asking is our board but have a large massive pin header with all the pins on the module brought out to pin headers? That would take some pretty big headers, it would make the board a lot larger. I'm not sure it's a good thing to do. It would start looking like a PC104 board. I'm planning on having a few GPIOs available on a connector on the board, but if you go more than that you then have to decide which of the MANY interfaces do you want to bring out?
