Another very interested lurker on this thread (and happy Squeezelite user).
Not sure if this is a trivial request, but it would be massively useful to me if there was straighforward support for driving an external amp power relay (similar to the Power Control plugin) and / or IR Blaster plugin support. As stated earlier in the thread, Logitech pulling out of the Squeezebox line could be a blessing in disguise if this project delivers on its promise! Certainly up for ordering at Gen 1 stage...
