Thanks for the automation tip, but I don't think this would work as the
BT controls (play, pause, etc...) don't get recognized by
SqueezeCommander.  I'm not an app developer, but it seems that I need
something that actually presents itself as an audio player and not just
a generic remote control app.  The startup itself could be handled by
Tasker (already have) or AutomateIt, but the further control of the
music is at a dead end, since Google Music will take over once I hit the
next track button, etc...
