Now that you say it gary, when I first set this up I had the iPad in my hand and it seemed to be synched much better. I moved it to the other room, plugged it in via USB and got the delay (there was a day in between, so I didn't make the mental connection) I'm looking in the Web UI for some way to adjust the delay but can't see it?
