Hi folks, I'm in the position where I have a couple of spare SB3s, and one of my kids is asking about using one and LMS to listen to their music. I've explained that it could all be put onto the Vortexbox and accessed, but I think the risk of stumbling onto my 'oldie' stuff is off-putting!
What's the best/easiest way to create some sort of 'ring-fenced' music source? I can see that I could resurrect another version of LMS on the PC and let the SB3s access that - but I'm sure there must be something a bit less 'clunky'. I'll admit that I don't use playlists at all - if I want to listen to something specific I'll search for it and play it in the overall directory, or I'll listen to internet radio. So I'm sure that LMS has huge music management capabilities that I haven't ever used. Is it in this sort of area that I'll find my answer? Thanks for any replies. I did have a quick search but couldn't find anything directly relevant. Apologies if this is an 'FAQ' that I've just missed.
